Looking fo a service that I can use in my house since I don't have reception, they toll me I can port my number but have to go to the whole process of signing up. Specifically I told them that I was in Puerto Rico and they say no PROBLEM.
I am using Boostmobile for a about 4 years and twice I switched to another company with no problem. Now this company tells me that ther are not able to port my number and also they don't do REFUNDS.
MVNO's doing this kind of things won't las that long but inthe mean time still money from customers.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to port that number into our service. We are continually working on expanding our porting program to include more regions, where we can support porting numbers in.
In the meantime, is there perhaps a different number we can check for you? If not, we are always happy to work with you to find a suitable TextNow number instead.
