TGSCOM, INC tgscom.com TGSCOM, INC and its AFFILIATES took MY MONEY and DROPPED OFF the FACE of the EARTH! Green Bay, Wisconsin

I ordered a set of pistol grips from www.midwesthuntersoutlet.com on April 20, 2012.  A couple of days later my bank account was charged for the item plus shipping/handling.  I received an email from them stating that it usually takes 7-10 business days before an item is shipped from their warehouse.  At the time, this seemed like a strangely long time for an item to ship, but they explained that their suppliers have to send it to them first and then they'd ship it to me.

Approximately 12 business days later I checked my order status and it still had not changed..."CONFIRMED/PENDING." I then inquired again about what was taking so long.  They gave me the excuse that their supplier was backed up and so it was taking longer than it normally would.  So I waited.

As soon as it was reaching a month with no shipment, I tried to cancel my order via email (which was the only way I could talk to anybody), but miraculously their computer system was down.  So I tried to call the telephone number I had been provided earlier.  That system was down too!  

I then typed up a letter requesting my refund and included a copy of my original order receipt and sent it via certified mail.  I still got no response from anybody.  So I filed a complaint with the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau.  I just received a message from the BBB stating that TGSCOM, Inc did not respond to them either.
 
Something needs to be done.  I don't know what is going on with this company, but its seems pretty fishy.  They have all of these websites that are all affiliated with them.  It seems as if any website that your purchase hunting/gun accessories from online, comes back to this company.  Luckily they only got me for roughly $30, but I still want my money back.  There is no reason these people should be allowed to get away with this!
