21 st Century Mediation LLC had sent me a note of forclosure and asked me to pay them money for loan modification on 31 Nov 2010. I had paid  them $3,000 dollar and my house was in auction on the same day I had lost the house for over a year and had been asking 21 st Century Mediation LLC refund my money for none service and they did not do anything to stop forclosure nor loan modification as thay had said. I had call many time for all year long, all they gave me is the check on the ways back to me since April 2011. It was never came. on Oct 2012 21 st Century Mediation LLC refund me $1,000 dollars and kept lying to me that the second refund will mail to me 14 day after I received the first check. LIke before, it was never happened. I had call every other day, 21 st Century Mediation put mo on hold for over an hour ech time I call and kept lying to me the check was sent to the wrong address (since they still have my new address where the first check was sent). They kept lying over and over again and don't want to pay back my money. I wish I know how to bring them to Court for my refund. If any one having the same problem with 21 st Century Mediation LLC, please show me how I can get my money back from them. Thanks
