the BNA Store My girlfriend ordered a Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium - 1 PC - Upgrade package - 32/64-bit to help bring back my crashed laptop. I waited 3 weeks. I then called the contact number. It was disconnected. That's when I knew i had been RIPPED OFF!!!!! Denver Colorado

My laptop crashed and a friend suggested i try using Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium- 1 PC- upgrade package. When i did not receive the disk i tried caslling the store which is online. The phone was disconnected.
