I worked for this horrible company for two years, dont ask me how i put up with it, The guy who sounds like s girl is Tony. He is rude, mean, just plain inconsiderate.  Yes, he is mantal abuser.  He tells female operators hat he could do phone sex better than anyone of them when he is really being a b*****d.  I heard that he is part owner of this trash company. He is probably miserable becasue he was not born a woman and takes it out on the female operators becasue they are real women..  Tony mentally abused the hell out of me, Pam has turned into a first rate unreasonable b***h. The pedophiles, killers, rapists that are on the line need to be in prisons for the criminally insane.  I think the owners of this company also need to be in a prison for the criminally insane becasue they expect their operators to listen to bastards fantasizing about  having sex with 4 year olds. I am ashamed to say i lasted as long as i did at this company. I was broke and needed money badly . The FBI needs to close TBE down.  They treat operators like trash. A customer came on my line once and demanded to know whree this compnay is located becasue they had overcharged his credit card like hell. he was angry, and I did not blame him.I told him where they are located, beautiful downtown Burbank USa. At least it used to beautiful until these creeps moved in. The people working in the offices run you around like geese with their butts on fire, and are about as intelligent.  THere are maybe two people in this entire company who could carry on an intelligent conversation. Morons run this company. They treat their poor operators like trash with no respect.

I have recorded sessions recorded and noted for all the yelling done with investigating the report for others to see, Its called mental abuse.

There are threats, yelling at new girls when they are to guide them as stated in there paperwork for training. Well there is no training.

Have 6 girls who are online and recorded all, and the downgrade is so unreal. The female supervisors are great, but the guy is unbelievable.. Now the girls are seeking counseling due to things said to them directly, with threats, and yelling and more.

I have had them on for 2 months now and I have the recordings for you, Labor board has been contacted on the employee act and investigating. My reports here are very interesting and need to hear. Please read prior report for more details
