i will agree times 2 to the other reports everything stated was or did happen to me. i think for me the most disturbing call was the man who wanted to murder me and went into great depth and detail about this..i even told my ppl to not be surprised to hear of a murder serial killer in nature to happen soon. i was shocked speechless and had no idea how to continue with his sick fantasy, my next call was from a man who dreamed of prepubescent teen girls. in this field u know what you are going to talk about and have no problems acting but when u hear the callers and know they are a real wack job its different. my first day i was praised and told i was a "pro" with an outstanding handle time of 15 min. this gave me confidence in knowing i was doing good. a week later my handle dropped down to less than 3 min and i was kicked from the system and told i needed to be retrained before i could take calls again. someone wrote in about the hangups for 2 -3 hours straight all i got were hang ups and i swear i began to think that the callers knew and just wanted to mess up my avg in spite. i cant comment on getting paid cuz i havent yet so i may be writing in again
