The Camera Whiz INC Ordered Camcorder was called back and sold battery plus charger. Ripped off by $230.00, very rude I suggest not ordering from company. Brooklyn New York

My husband ordered a JVC Camcorder online. Well he was contacted by phone later that evening to confirm his order. While the man had him on the phone he conviced him to purchase an additional battery and charger. Come to find out we really didn't need the merchandise. On the invoice it states a 7 day return policy and that management must authorize all returns. You know what that means. I called he asked for my order number well I didn't answer fast enough so he hung up. Called back he answered very rude and pretty much couldn't help me unless my husband called. I asked to talk to a manager and he was the manager on the line. Very poor customer service skills!!!! We pretty much know we were screwed with this purchase. I'll never order from this company again.
