You see, Gina, I've been telling the victims this since I started coming to this site about 4 months ago. It really is up to you to keep fraud out of your life.

The government can't stop it all. They can't even stop most of it. Just like street drugs, and street crime, they are lucky to find and stop maybe 25%. There's just too much. They don't have the resources. Or the manpower.

Plus, far too many investigators look at the victims as gullible fools who should know better. As much as I try to feel sympathetic, I feel that way myself much of the time.

The feds do stop some fraud. The major ones, that steal millions from consumers. Search for national one telecom and premier premium communications here. I've been trying to goad the feds into stopping these crooks for 3 months now. Finally, some attorney generals are on the case.

Besides, it's hard. It's easy to stop these d**n frauds if you kill them. But, the feds can't do that. They have to get cease and desist orders. They have to find and freeze accounts. That's hard to do. Plus, the frauds see it coming. They drain the accounts and move the money.

Yes, if these frauds were a threat to national security, they'd be in Guantnamo in the morning. That's not the case, so they won't.

It really is up to you to spot and prevent fraud from entering your life. Once it gets you, you have to fight an uphill battle.

What you are finding is a series of businesses. The frauds run the con, take 500 victims, and then change the name to keep the con fresh. It's like a brothel w***e that washes between customers.

And, no, the frauds don't fear the feds. They already know the facts I mentioned above. These are experienced frauds. They have a 20 year history of this lifestyle. They have gotten good at it. They know how to attract the victims. They know how to work the financials. They're good. You candle buyers are just starting. But, the frauds have 20+ years in their business. Each.

That's why you people can't beat them. I hit the nail right on the head. Naive beginners. And, you're competing against experienced criminals. What chance did any of you really have?

I told you exactly how to prevent all this. For the victims, it's too later. But, others will come here and read and not get taken. That's why I spend the time to write comments. I really don't want to see people get eaten alive by these frauds. It's not something people enjoy seeing.

But I really don't think you stand much of a chance. You'll end up throwing good money after bad. As well as prolonging your agony over this matter.

But, who the hell am I to discourage you with the facts? Give it a try. Who knows? People actually win the lottery. I have no faith in that either. But, every once in a while someone does actually win.

Then, get good stock, like I said, and start a real business. Unfortunately, you pissed off all your retail stores with the trash. But, some will come back. And you can find others.

That's what I'd do. I'd make my loss back. Plus, I'd go over to Boston and remove a pound of flesh. From the inside. Slowly. That would be my satisfaction. Then, I'd come home and get to work on making up my losses.

I was even told by the AG office that the company had to return my money because they didn't have a license to sell in my state. This is illegal. Coming forward is the only way we can stop them. Why isn't the FTC coming down harder on these crooks? I am not an investigator and have easily tracked the pattern. But, most victims won't do what I'd do. So, for them, all that's left is legal remedies. See what's out there. Talk to an attorney and see what your chances are.

Pick one that's been there and won judgments against frauds like this. More importantly, do an asset search to see if there is any money to recover. I'm sure there is. They may have moved it all around, but they couldn't have just spent this volume of money in a short time. Your money is out there somewhere.

Look at the fraud's web site. But, for Christ sake, don't buy any of the candles! They send one nice sample candle that would actually sell. That's how they get you to buy into the business.

But, the stock they actually sell is nothing like the nice sample you based your decision on.

But, there's tons of nice stock on the web. Find a company near your home, and buy direct from them, in wholesale quantities and prices.

If you'd put the nice candles in stores, people would've bought them. The mistake you made is using trash you got from an internet fraud.
