The Captured Image Took $620.00 for pictures and DVD then never shipped it to us. IHamburg, New York

My sons hockey team entered the Pepsi Tournament in Buffalo NY. The tournament had captured image providing picture taking service. We purchased their CHAMPIONSHIP package of Banners,DVDs and individual banners. We paid them $620.00 dollars through a credit card company. They never shipped us the products. When you call their phone number you get a message that says do to the nature of their business they do not answer the phone. You go to a voice mail that is full. I have emailed them numerous times. I have gotten two responses. One saying they were behind the other saying they would contact me when the product ships. Since then they do respond. It has been 13 weeks since we ordered the material. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and have contacted the Pepsi Tournament to complain. The sad part is if you look on the BBB website they have had 19 complaints, all the same. Why would tournaments like the Pepsi hire these guys? What these guys don't get is I wont go away. If its a visit to the store I visit it. If its a lawsuit, I will file it. They won't be able to hide for ever!!!! DONT deal with these guys!!!!!
