my wife who is going throw a high risk pregnancy needed a bigger car,talked to her family in NY to look for a car in NY since i did not have tiime to do it cause i was working long HRS;so one day while her father was working at a tire shop he saw robert hernandez driving a 2007 honda pilot whith a for sale sigh they talked about the sale,two days later her brother went to the dealer and seal was done he got the papers for the car robert got his money;the delivery driver loaded the car on sep 16 2010 the driver kept lying about how long was going to be before getting to my house 13 days after we told the driver that we were gonna call the police and then he confessed that he never had the car that robert still had the car since then robert have my 13125.00 and the car and can not get the detectives to open a fraud case against this thieft i have a civil lawsuit against this guy ;I CAN'T BELIEVE THE JUSTICE.

So you invested $19600.00, and received $21600.00 back. Sweet. Why?
You called the owner of the car, and explained that we sold you the car for $19600.00, he explained that he wanted $28000.00, you explained that, we mentioned that we will pay the additional $9000.00, for the misunderstanding, but he said no,,, he wont allow us to pay an additional $9000.00, for someone we do not know, who is Todd, he says? Who is Todd?
We respond, Todd is a good client, we already paid for his flight, and shipment here are the bank receipts, we dont care about the $9000.00, loss, lets just satisfy client. He says no, and is strictly no, dont pay for Todd.
Meanwhile we offer you the $9000.00, and give you $2000.00, towards it, did you forget what is the fax # to show you wire receipt.
You however say F___ these guys, they are spics, low lives,liers ,ass___. I got my monies back, pluis $ 2000 , they owe me $7000.00, more let me bury, kill them completely. I will ruin there reputation, and make sure they will never sell car again.
Congraluations!!! YOU WON.
We resign!! We keep all lines of communication open, you text,email or call we respond immediately,, strange,, arent we scammer?? Whatever, thank you Todd, for expressing your self online, I am sure you will continue, as an Inspector or Todd, however to no avail, you have shut us down completly, one other fellow had us 80% done, and we kept going, but you satisfied the job.
We are officially unemployed, all 7 of us, reason why I could not answer your text, in a timely manner, you started of the month, for all of us.

Since the office closed Robert Hernandez has asked me to contact me on his cell phone. He stated that he will always take the call, no matter what time of day I call. Since it appears this is now is business number, he can be reached at 718-578-8812.

Since he chose not to reimburse me, I had to file a claim on insurance. He is still claiming he is going to pay me. Everyday is a new lie, I truly think this guy is pathological.

My story is on 12/3/2010, I wired him $19,000 to purchase a car. He told me he shipped it, and he spent the next 30 days fabricating new lies that the car was in transit. He even had delivery drivers colluding on his lies. Then once he gets caught, he decides to fabricate new lies and blame it on his partner. Well, the truth was he was never even in possession of the car he sold me. It was purportedly on consignment, but the vehicle owner states that he had rescinded the arrangement prior to my purchase, and Robert never told him that I wired him the money.

Then he claims he is going to wire me my money back and instead, without my approval or any discussion he starts wiring measley meaningless installments. Now is had even stopped those.

This is a bad guy. He will try and tell you everything is a misunderstanding. The only thing he misunderstands is how to act honestly and ethically.

I am also a victim of Roberto J Hernandez scam. He scammed me in Septemeber 1 st 2010. I bought an altima 2009 for 11,000 dollar from him. I could not even drive off from his lot with the car, and found out fuel tank was broken. After 3 months he refunded me 7,000 dollars so far. He was refunding a little amount at a time.

Him and his partners are very smart criminals. They really know how to play with people. They still playing with me for 4,000 dollars. Promising evvery day but never keeps the promises.

I even took them to the TV PIX11 News Help Me Howard. You can check the video in youtube. Type: PNJ Auto Dealer. And I also filed a report in this site. I am allerting every one, please be careful when u want to buy a car. Dont be the victim of Roberto J Hernandez, Chris or his partners.

I still do not understand, after he has been scamming whole lot of people, still he is not arrested or thrown in jail. Why??????

Did you actually read this report before responding???... or did you just decide to respond to me personally using your right to be ignorant???

I asked the OP if they held the title..the OP responded that they do.

So..if someone PAID for a vehicle..and holds the title..you would think in all logic and sound reasoning they are the LEGAL OWNER of the vehicle.

If the vehicle is supposed to be delivered and NEVER arrived...do you think perhaps it would be considered STOLEN? I guess you could use the term "missing" as well...but who else better to report a "missing" vehicle to then the police?

Unless of course the report is a total farce????

you right JOE you must knows how the robery happened we tested drive the car, pay the money receive the title and bill of sale and send the car with the driver to MO but little that we knew the supposed shipping driver was robert hernandez partner chris polanco but since there was contract betwen all america transport (shipping compay with good reputation) and us, we comfirmed with then and have proof that the car was going to be shipped. SO if you think that we never had possetion of the car it's your sole oppinion,and since you know so much about the law; what do you think will happen to this scammer at the end? jail or would he get awy with it?

he told police that he cancel the sale due to mecanical problems but my bid of sale said sold as it is. but i'm not stressing out about it ,i'm a happy camper that will get justice at the end, i,m more worry about others inocents people that were scammed before me , maybe inlegal inmigrants that are hiding afraid of being pracecuted for their status . this guy has plenty of experience robbing peoples he knows the in and out of the scam bussines. and the police can play dumb any time they have to go out and work . this guy even ask for the title to be returned so he can resale the car,we're working in a deal were he will get all his paperwork and i'll get my peace of mind back.I showed him some of those paper and i'm very sure he wants the rest of them.

Report the vehicle stolen. There is no playing with the law. The title holder is the legal owner, period. It does not matter if the scammer is making small payments.
