SCAM!!! Stay away from this company. They charged my credit card $179 a year after I used their service!! I called them and they told me that it is an annual “Registered Agent” fee. I told them that I did not authorize them to annually charge my credit card $179 and they told me that I had agreed to it a year ago and they refused to reverse it. I will disputed the charge with my bank and spread the word that they are a scam.
