The Blue Hotel LLC /The Crescent Hotel in Beverly Hills is violating Labor Codes Section 226 and 226.3 by not providing their employees itemized pay stubs with each pay check.
The Blue Hotel LLC or The Crescent Hotel in Beverly Hills is doing this to commit massive TAX FRAUD! This employer tells their employees they are withholding California Payroll Tax then fail to provide itemized pay stubs which show how much from each check. This employer then fails to pay any of the funds withheld to the Franchise Tax Board.
This means if you work for The Blue Hotel LLC/The Crescent Hotel you will not receive a CA tax refund if you are entitled to one after you file your taxes. Because the state has no record of you having worked for The Blue Hotel LLC, plus The Blue Hotel LLC keeps the taxes withheld from YOUR paychecks!!!
The Blue Hotel LLC/The Crescent Hotel also issues W-2's by March when the deadline is January 31st. [continued below]....
The Blue Hotel LLC/The Crescent Hotel also employees undocumented workers, which also facilities the tax fraud and Labor Code Violations!
The Blue Hotel LLC/The Crescent Hotel is a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT waiting to happen!
I have never worked for an employer who engages in such POOR business practices!
