Place order on May 30, 2013 with Brad.  I was told would arrive in 5-7 business days received email that Parker Products, LLC had received payment.

I called on June 2, 2013  spoke with Connie and asked for tracking #.  I had a friend watching for delivery while I was on vacation.

Returned on June 12, 2013---no rims. Continously called and there was no recording and phone difficulties. I spoke with Jeff on July 12, 2013 he said that he was an answering service and that I needed to call back and speak with Connie in the accounting department the next day.

Your Honda Pilot is a 5x120 bolt pattern. The only set has a 5x114.3 bolt pattern drilled on it. Since it is a covered cap they are drilling another bolt pattern on  your wheels to accommodate your bolt pattern.  it is common with most covered cap wheels to drill multiple bolt patterns to fit various vehicles. They are at the driller. They will be shipping when they have the bolt pattern complete. THANK YOU, CONNIE I then called local tire dealer and they called manufacturer.Manufacturer stated that if rims were redrilled, that that would void all warrantees. At this point I called Connie's cell #417-818-8203 MOBILE. She asked me to hold and she made a call. They are not drilling my rims, Brad was able to locate another set. She wasn't certain when they would go out possible early next week. I explained that I was originally told 5-7 days when the order was processed on May 30, 2013. She would ceck and let me know.  I asked for tracking #'s and a revised invoice to reflect that the rims were not DISCONTINUED and not being drilled. She said that she would email me. I spoke with Noelle earlier and she was going to check into and call me back. As of now no call was received Called and spoke with Noelle - UPS told her the same thing they told me. Noelle was fresh and condescending to me. She said that she didn't work for UPS "I am not wearing a UPS shirt". I asked her to call UPS and ask for a refund on the shipping since they did not deliver in the 3 days. She said that that was not a guarantee.I explained that I was paying almost double from the other sites and that the only reason that I had gone with your company was because I was going to get them quickly. My local tire place had called manufacturer and the rims will be in stock in 30-60 days.  That was a month ago.  Noelle asked me to hold and called someone on the other line so I could hear and they said that the rims would be in about 90 days... this is professional??? Then continued to insult me on the phone. We were going no where and then she asked what did I expect... I said my rims today as promised and she said that she can't do that and went on and on and on....I hung up. When I ordered on May 30, 2013 and was told 5-7 days, I have paid for items on May 30 that I have yet to receive. I was assured that I would have them time for a 6/18 birthday. 1 rim does me no good. I am hopefully in the next few days that the remainder will arrive. I am extremely disappointed with the process.Connie you have been polite, respectful and understanding.  I realize that you didn't have control over when they left your warehouse, or that there was something with the way that the shipping label was written or that UPS is unable to tell me where the rims are, but this is not my fault either... It took me this long to complete this email since I was so upset.When you are in the office, please give me a call to discuss what the next steps are. Thank you Mary

 To the Owner.

If you look at the attached emails that I received.....your name is part of the names associated with my purchase.  If you just purchased the company....you should have searched the reputation prior to the purchase of the company.....  I paid full price for 4 rims....2 were damaged after a run around that went round and round I was refused customer service.....POOR Customer service and I would never deal with your company again.... A expensive price to learn a lesson.....

 I have no idea how I am being linked to somebody elses company. I just started the deal on wheels in February 2014. I have legal docuements fomr the state of Missouri for the set up in febriary of 2014. I have no affiliation with Parker Products or 1 Stop rim shop or The wheel connection.

poor customer service

 I finally did receive. One rim was damaged badly gouge on front. A second rim was bent and they would not take care of either. Even though pictures were taken and a video to show that it was out of balance.  They demanded that they get a print out from the person at the place that installed the tires. After numerous unanswered calls.  I was finally told that it had to be submitted to the customer service department.  I finally found a tire shop that would print out balance (old technology most no longer perform) and they said it was out of balance but it would just fall into the limits. 

Due to the bend we have had tire problems, uneven wear on tires and a repair. Also, as far as no one else had rims that was correct they were expected to be in stock in 6 weeks, I only chose this company because they claimed to have the rims and that they would be delivered in the time frame I wanted.  In hindsight I should have just told my husband that he would receive his birthday gift in 6 weeks. Also, I am not the only negative comment on this company. So I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Paid $2775.00 for tires/rims. Got nothing but the run around with voice mails and no one returning my calls or emails. WAS SENT BOGUS tracking numbers. UPS said no such numbers exisit in their system........RUN AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!!

 THIS WAS PROBABLY THE LAST SET OF AKUZA REAPER WHEELS AVAILABLE ANYWHERE. UNFORTUNATELY, IT WAS NOT WITHOUT INCIDENT FROMTHE VENDOR.  WE HAD VERY CLOSE CONTACT WITH THIS CUSTOMER. PERHAPS IT WAS THE BIRTHDAY ISSUE THAT MADE HER MORE EXCITABLE.  IN THE END, WE CAME THRU WITH EXACTLY WHAT SHE WANTED, THAT NODBOY ELSE COULD PROVIDE ONTHEINTERNET, AT A PRICE THAT BEAT ALL OTHER COMPETITORS. IF ONLY SHE WOULD GO BACK AND RETRACT HER BAD REVIEW. WE HAVE THOUSNADS OF GOOD ONES BUT THIS ONE  BAD ONE MAKES THE SEARCH ENGINES. WE DID EXACTLY AS PROMISED IT JUST TOOK LONGER THAN USUAL.
