You work retail, do you use "a*s", "slap you" to your customers?

Listen, David Ratneiz let me go simply because I showed up again. A. Allen arrested me simply because I insisted to see the manager before I go. I knew the manager was in the store because I had asked at least 3 employees during that time. David Ratneiz rudely scolded them not to talk with me.

How do you bet "a little old lady" was going after the same item, and my little child did "more then just push her hands away"? Listen, I tell you it was not "a little old lady" but "a big, strong middle aged woman" and what do you think 4 years old could do? How a powerless woman resisted to arrest? If she could, she would not be hurt so badly.

I was arrested by A. Allen because he was corrupt and was operating in collusion with David Ratneiz. I was immediately released by other police later. All of people I talked to, police officers, doctors and lawyers, thought that I should NOT be arrested. That is CORRUPTION!

I POST ON A PUBLIC SITE because I seek to the justice I deserve! And I hope "a Judge can slap you with "Punative Damages" and all legal costs"!

 So your telling me, that a police officer arrested you simply because you showed up again?? That doesnt make sense unless there is FAR more then you are telling us all. Im willing to bet that not only are you not as innocent as you profess. But that you also made a complete and total a*s of yourself in the process. See I work retail. So I have a VERY good idea about what happend. I see it all the time.

Im betting that your story is HIGHLY skewed to show you as a victim. A police officer would not arrest you with out "Just Cause". Given where you were, I would suggest that you were arrested for making a public distubance plus resisting arrest.  Given that the officer did NOT arrest your husband, that tells me it was you and ALL you. You probably felt entitled to act the way you did. Well thats the cost of doing so. YOU GET ARRESTED!!. As for the manager not talking with you, did you ever think the manager had more important problems to deal with instead of some psycho lady screaming because she didnt get her way. I would have had you removed as well. Given the fact that a little old lady was going after the same item you wanted, im pretty sure you didnt say please and thank you. Im also willing to bet that your little child did more then just push her hands away.

Listen, let me give you some information that your parents should have. YOU HAVE TO LIVE WITH THE WORLD< IT DOES NOT HAVE TO LIVE WITH YOU. This means you ARE NOT the center of the universe. You CAN NOT just act any ole way and not expect consiquences for your actions. Next time you want to defame someone because of your own actions, I would suggest you NOT POST ON A PUBLIC SITE!!! I mean really, now you choose to compound your problems by putting yourself at risk for a civil lawsuit. Given the cops ARRESTED you, there is AMPLE proof of your misdeeds. As such, your post is a "Defamation of Character". Which means a Judge can slap you with "Punative Damages" and all legal costs simply because youre butthurt at being held accountable for your actions.

Also a Manager is not your personal problem solver. A manager has to follow the same company policies as the rest of the employees. And think about this for a moment. What if the manager was off?? Are you going to honestly sit there and demand that the manager come and deal with you personally if it was his day off, or if he was on lunch or a break. Managers are ppl to and as such are entitled to the very same perks you yourself would expect to enjoy. That includes breaks, days off, time with thier families.
