On 11/04/10 I received a phone call from The Dynamic Group asking me to do a Signing for them on 11/05/10. I agreed to do the Signing for $110. They emailed me a Closing Confirmation with the date, time and location of said Signing. Later in the evening of 11/04/10, I was sent another email with the Closing Documents and printed two copies (one for lender & one for borrower).

I arrived at the location of the Signing about 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time and waited on the Borrowers to arrive. After their arrival, we were escorted to an office area where I presented the Loan Documents to the Borrowers for their signatures. The Loan Officer had an office nearby and answered a few questions that they had. After presenting the loan documents, getting required signatures and notarizing, as needed, the Signing was completed and a copy of the loan documents were given to the Borrowers.

I completed my requirements concerning Fax Backs and packaged the Loan Documents in the appropriate envelopes to be overnighted to the Closing Dept. I followed the Invoice Remittance Instructions that was given me. Per the Closing Confirmation, "invoices are scheduled for payment in 30 business days from the date of funding."

It has now been 6 months since, in good faith, I performed Notary Signing Services for The Dynamic Group and still have NOT BEEN PAID. I have faxed them numerous invoices for my notary services, all totally ignored. I have placed numerous phone calls to them and have never spoken with a real person, always have to leave a message. I called again today, 05/16/11, and that number (866) 956-9229 has been disconnected.

I don't know about anyone else, but this Notary Signing Agent is tired of "Deadbeat" Companies, such as The Dynamic Group, hiring Notary Signing Agents to do work for them and then not paying for the work after the job is completed! We are using our supplies, our gasoline (which isn't cheap), our professional experience and our time................and you are "USING" us.

RIPPED OFF by The Dynamic Group!! BEWARE!!
