purchased a flux recovery system via internet for our industrial sub arc welder from gary malone for approx $1000.00 the unit did not work, had several conversations with mr malone as he tried to help get the unit to work, upon being unsuccessful he asked us to return the flux sucker unit for a full refund. he recieved the returned unit and has disappeared! no refund, no return calls & no returned e mails!
