I had purchased a watch from this company that said they are "authorized" and that they have the best prices on Zodiac watches. I was very impressed at the photos and that they had great prices and were not overly inexpensive, which is uaually a dead giveaway that they sell only junk. When I purchased the watch it showed up within a few days and right out of the box it fit.
After two months the back piece came right off on my wrist and with ease, Zodiac said to send it in for a repair at a repair center of theirs. It took over a month, but they finally sent it back and it was great, at least for a week. While out with my wife that back again came off. When I called the repair center they had told me that this watch was purchased from a non authorized dealer and they couldn't fix it anymore. After carrying on a bit with the manager, they reluctantly sent me a tag to send it back and they would see what they could do.
They sent it back to me and told me that the watch was not the quality they are used to. In fact the original notes though I glued the back piece on because there was a "glue glob holding the rim in tact." When I told them I sent it in exactly as I got it they said they suspect it is a counterfit. When I contacted The Giftstreet or giftstreet123.com they would not answer my me back.
I tried calling them and got a woman for roughly 30 seconds to tell her that of the problem I was having with the watch that was purchased from them less than siz month prior. However she immediatley hung up and would not answer the phone after I called back. So now I am stuck with a piece of junk that is unusable and am out a couple hundred bucks.
Stay away from The Giftstreet LTD with all your might. Do not purchase anything form them becuase they seem to be fakes.

Ok, I.have purchased over a thousand watches from GiftStreet123 without any.problems. They only sell the real name brands never fakes. After over 11 years of buying from them I never had a single.problem. I.buy.only the best brand like Croton, Elgin, Invicta and many others of the best quality watches. I know GiftStreet123 would absolutely never sell any fakes. I'm sure the complaintant must of received the wrong watch by mistake. They would of certainty sent out a new one without any problem. I hope this helps other consumers to know the difference of only the best Real Deal watches.

Hello,
There are a few things in your report that I am having a hard time with;
A) You said that you had the watch for two months. You make no mention how you treated the watch in that time period. Was it worrn roughly, dropped, etc. Underneath normal care the back would not have come off.
B) Even though you were apparently under no warranty from Zodiac because you bought the watch from an unauthorized dealer - they still accepted the watch for repair? Normally you would have been asked where you purchased the watch and to supply a invoice or a receipt. Upon learning thatyou bought it on eBay they wouldn't have had you send it in. Another odd thing is that sent back the item having repaired a fake. Most companies - Gucci for example, will not send back fake items. They don't want to flood the market with counterfits.
C) Your phonecall to Giftstreet. We are a small company and there are only two people who answer the phone. My employer who's male, and myself - another male. While I do have female co workers here - none of them are involved in the running of eBay or its customer service. That falls on me.
If you look at our positive feedbak score on eBay, 99.6, clearly our customers are happy. Also our power seller status is not a fluke either - eBay is not in the habbit of giving that title to sellers of fake items.
