The Goddard School They didn't pay me my money Woodbridge Virginia

After resigning from the job, my last paycheck was missing hours. They claimed I never signed out on the time sheets so they had no proof I had worked the rest of my shift or not.....although the rest of my shift was 3.5 hours and my pay checks was short 5 hours.  

Also, on my first paycheck, I worked overtime almost daily, as this is a child care center, and one person can legally only be left alone with a certain amount of kids. My director told me to leave daily when there were 8 kids remaining. Got my paycheck, no overtime, director told me to see the owners about it, and they told me daily a director should have been signing there initials by my hours, therefor I would not be paid for my time. Asked owner to pull my old time sheets so my director could verify my overtime, and I didn't see the owner for two weeks after that.
