Note his store has only 2 guitars in our price range and neither of which suits the needs of my son. One in fact was acoustic and my son plays electric. I told Bruce that the store across the street from him Bill's has many guitars for about $1,000 that meet the needs of my son. I suggested he purchase one of these guitars and keep the balance of $400 as a markup for the sale. He refused. A final follow up call revealed that Bruce had no interest in finding the right guitar and his only resolution for us was to buy the one guitar that met my son's needs and pay an additional $800 for that guitar. This is not doable since we no longer have the funds to support such an expensive purchase. This guitar was to be my son's one and only Christmas present and now I neither have the gift or the cash to purchase something else.
