We sent this to Ty Bollenger today in hope that he may be able to stop them . We have tried everything else to no avail for 3 months !! Another bottle arrived today !!!!!!!

We have tried every available avenue and are now in distress.
We are avid followers of your ministry of natural healing and at some point clicked on a link that appeared on a sidebar for Jessie Cannone and the Healthy Back Institute.
We purchased a trial product and have for months been trying desperately to stop them!!
We began returning their product because they would not listen to our many requests to STOP ! and still the deductions from our account continue. We are in Queensland Australia and the American phone number defers to 'Dial before you Dig' Electrical services and only one email was answered with the words, "You may not think we read these emails, but we do" and quoted a ticket number. Now it says that they can no longer respond as the ticket has expired !!! We are beside ourselves ! the trauma has become an emotional and financial minefield. We have sent countless emails trying to arrest the situation to no avail.
We can not even close our bank account while there is a regular withdrawal happening !!!!
Can you please help us ??
We do not know where to turn.
My last email informed The Healthy Back Institute' That we were going to expose them to you and Phillip Day. Please Help us if you can, and do not allow his adds to litter your amazing work. We are victims.
So sad.
