Do NOT rent from these people!! These rental units are the biggest scam of college kids money. they charge 530/per person = 2090 a month plus electric and make you sign a year lease instead of by semester, they'll charm you right over and will flat out lie to coax you into an apartment until you sign the lease, then the two Connie's that work in the leasing office will BOTH turn into huge witches. I gave a down payment and signed on to rent an apartment that i was shown that had brand new rugs, fresh paint and brand new furniture and appliances.  The day i signed the lease and went to move in, they gave me the key to the ACTUAL apt which was DISGUSTING and flatout FILTHY!!! the couches were torn and ripped and the carpets were stained and dirty, when i went into my room the walls were scuffed and filthy and when i said something in the office to them, they acted like they couldnt be bothered.  Also, if you are the first person to sign onto a lease or even you and a friend, do not go thinking you will only have to pay your individual 530/mo-> nope!! you have to pay the additional difference but they wont tell you that until after you sign of course, thus resulting in you having to sign up with blind date-roommates.  Also, they say the grounds are under security and maintenance->> LIE!!! people were getting their tires slashed and rocks thrown in through their windows and all the office would tell them was they "appreciate being informed but unfortunately cant help". absurd. save your money and sanity and rent from somewhere legitimate.
