the law office of peter mandi esq. misreprasentation hauppauge, New York

i thought i was going to a mediator to end my mariage.  the mediator we used is some one that was used by friends of ours just a couple of months prior.  at the mediator peters office i was told by him this is mediation and he is there to take no ones side and help us resolve our divorce.  my ex and i and peter met on three different times.  there was alot of fishy things in our paper work that peter wrote up and when i asked him about what he wrote up he would just say it just sounds really bad but nits just the way it is written for the law.  i am a surveyor and i know nothing about the laws.  especially at the time.  fast foward now a year and a half and i have a new girlfriend with a baby on the way. 

when my ex found out about the baby she started to keep my son from me and told me i need to follow the rules of our divorce papers.  turns out that this mediator peter mandi did not act as a mediator but as her lawyer but completly lied to me about it.  i only realized this when i went and hired a divorce lawyer.  i unknowingly signed all my rights away to my son!  i have never did any thing to not be able to see my son!   but because this guy lied to me saying he was a mediator and not her lawyer and would lie to me what things were in our papers my ex is keeping my son from me because she is mad at me and apparently there really isnt much i can do about it. 

like i said earlier friends of ours used this guy peter also.  my friend also was totally mislead to beleive that this guy was acting as a mediator when in reality he acted as his exs lawyer!  this is crazy that some one can do this and get away with it!  i even paid for half of the "mediators" fee.  i pretty much paid this guy to screw me without knowing of it!  this guy has to be stopped!  my life has been turned up side down because of the stress of not being able to see my son much at all.  please help me get this guy at least disbarred! jason **** (((email redacted)))
