The owner of this company , tara "cat" cook attemped to attach a claim of over 3000$ to my medical bills for a very minor car accident. . I never used this service, never even scheduled an appointment . the owner being involved in the accident herself used my info to file a claim with my attorney. She claimed she had me in for over 35 sessions! I never had one. Once my attorney was alerted he removed her invoice from my claim. Still she used my personal info to make it appear i was there. Having access to every customer info thst comes in how many other timeshas she done this. If it hadnt been for a chance phone call i made to my attorney i would have never known. After this incident i did a back round on miss cook. Finding over 38 criminal charges in 2 states nc and sc. Also 11judgements. This is clearly a dishonest person. Who is going to use any means she can to steal from people. Beware, look her up yourself. Dont do business here.

Yes this my ex wifes business. So you can imagine my surprise when I was informed by my lawyer of the bill she attached to my claim without her even telling me. Very deceptive to say the least. So again anyone who would render their personal info is just crazy. Maybe this is just a personal touch she reserves for family. I have written proof supplied by my attorney. And a simple backround check before doing business with anyone is always smart . If you do one here you will see what I mean. This is not done in spite but a warning if you are using your insurance to check and make sure everthing is correct . I hope I can save someone the problems I have here.

This report should be removed from this data base. This report was filed by my ex husband for spite and spite alone. This is a business and these sorts of sites should not be opened for anyone to come along and post negatitive comments on. Slander and Defimation of Charature is a pretty big.
