Oh my god. I have read about this company but the rate that was offered was so good. I felt I  would qualify and close quickly. The loan officer was quick to take my credit card and promised a 30 day closing. I gave them all in documents they requested and after no response for three weeks I found out they were lost and I had to  send them again. Then I was told that they would start to process my  loan. When I checked back in two weeks my loan had still not been looked at by an underwriter but my loan officer said it was not a problem and I would close shortly. I have been at the same job for 13 years and my loan amount was very low compared by the value of my house. Two weeks later I got my commitment

51 CONDITIONS!!! are you kidding. For a simple rate and term  refi??? Like an idiot I supplied all the documents to my first procssor and found out my loan officer quit. Waited two week and guess what? My processor quit and my documents were lost again. I resent the documents to a new processor who could not speak english.. I think she said everything was good and I would close in a week. Guess what I got 10 new conditions... I gave the conditions in and waited  Guess what my initial documents expired. I submitted them. Guess what? New Conditio on my file. Guess what ? my third procssor quit. I honestly felt sick. This nightmare willl never end. My wife is crying. I ask for my money back  and they say not just pay for a new appraisal and they will give me a great rate. Guess what? My new appraisal came back $87,000 less than the one from 4 months ago. Now I have to pay money on my rate and term. No one is speaking to me. I get an occasional email, STAY AWAY and save yourself. Go to a real bank. Then I find out they are not the real money store. They just bought the name. This is just a mortgage broker
