This company in the beginning promises the world on a silver platter. It quickly become a torrential downpour of disappoitment and dispair. Danielle Putnam (President) will commit to things she herself admits she has no way of following through on. Her calm voice and soft demeanor are as fake as the basic principles they claim to have built their company on. The preach honesty, integrity, and common sense only to ironically forget any of those. Rodney Koops (Founder/CEO/Danielle's father) comes off charming and sincere, do not be fooled by this reuse. Once he takes your money he wants nothing more to do with you. He could care less about your business or helping you. He is solely focused on taking your money. He offers no major information on the product, and claims thirty years experience, but can't directly answer a single question about his product that he boasts he created. Also a lie. While The New Flat Rate had found a way to market the product they have no way of fully following through on their promises.
Save your money and do further research. They bribe bad reviewers to take down feedback which is why there seems to be a lack of it on them. I will not be bought. This will remain in effort to save anyone the trouble I experienced with this terrible company.

Kendan Marrin was an employee for less than 4 days.
He was hired because he brought many talents to the table and was highly intelligent. Unfortunately, a few days in it became evident that we were not a fit for each other.
