the one and only golden ticket horrible service and horrible experience , Internet

my wife and got 2 packages for 300 dollars to meet marlyn mansion..instead of being before the concert it was after. the concert ended at 11ish then we waited in a back room for almost an hour before we were all huddled like cattle into a smaller room. on top of there being nothing to drink or eat it was hot as hell and we stood there for another hour and barely moved a couple feet in there way unorganized line..finally at almost 2 am we had to bail ..so my wife was ahead of me with her friend and got a quick autograph ..fine   ..but then we were told that after everybody was done with the meet and greet which wouldhave taken another hour and a half that we would have to stand in line for pictures that supposedly would go fast..sounds unlikely ...so ive contacted sarah who was organizing it and all ive gotten is we are reviewing it....thanks for nothing
