This company did the same thing that they did to a lot of other people. My minor daughter used our bank card to order a "free" diet patch thinking that there would be no charge without our permission. The company automatically charged my account $2.95 which I ignored - big mistake. Then they sent some more patches and charged my account $169.95. I did notice this one.

I called my bank, BofA, and they filed a dispute. They told me to send the package back. This is not a gaurantee that I will be refunded. I have yet to deal with the company. I have heard that their phone # does not allow you to talk to a person.
