The same thing happened to me as what happened to the previous report on here.  I ordered a

sofa and loveseat through The Place Furniture Galleries Internet Department through Jules Regueiro in July 2012.  My husband went into the physical store on Rt 110 to place the order with him directly.  They said it would take 6-8 weeks to be manufactured by Klaussner Furniture in North Carolina and would be shipped in September.

Well, 8 weeks later, nobody called, and no updates on my couches.  I called a multiple times but each time I called they said that it would be 2 more weeks (usually spoke with the manager Anne Marie, and spoke with someone named Janice, and Susan).  This went on for about 3 months.  Each time I

called, nobody seemed to know what was going on with my order.  They said my fabric was on back order, and that it would be 2 more weeks.  I left numerous messages and nobody would get back to me.  I had to call multiple times to even get someone on the phone.  I would then call the main store number, and ask them to transfer me to the internet department, and some of the time that would make someone pick up.  

About 2 weeks after Hurricane Sandy (In November) I finally spoke with someone named Susan, who was very nice although she said she didnt know what was going on with my order, but that it was a Saturday so she couldnt call the manufacture but promised she would call me back on Monday.   I believed her because she was so nice- but low and behold, on Monday no phone call, and never heard from or spoke with this woman again. 

After calling the main store again the last week of December, and asking to speak to a manager they told me that the lady I had been dealing with Anne Marie was the internet manager.  I asked them if I could speak to another manager in the main store- and was told that they are completely separate entities (although the main store was able to look up my order number each time? So how separate could they be).  So I had to leave a message for Anne Marie AGAIN.  She never called me back, and I finally called again and got a hold of her the day before Christmas, and spoke with her.  When I gave her my order number, she said Wow this number is from a long time ago (NO DUH!) and she said well Ill call the manufacture and see what they say, but lets give it one more week and then we may have to call it quits with this order.  I said Fine.  She said she would have someone with an R or F (I forgot his name) call me back next week.

I waited over a week, and he never called, so a week after new year (2013), I called her back.  This time calling the numbers I couldnt get anyone again- so I again called the main store and asked to be transferred.  This time the main store said Oh, they have new numbers. ?!?!   Now instead of the 631 numbers, they have 2 516 area code numbers.  So I tried both numbers, and like the previous post- the first went to voice mail which was full and said that they were Plaza Furniture.    The 2nd one went to a voice mail which I was allowed to leave a message on, so I left a message for AnneMarie

saying that I MUST speak with her that day.  Shockingly she called me back a few hours later!  The number on my caller ID came up as cell phone for one of their new 516 numbers (strange?).  I told her that I never heard back from her from a week ago and told her that I was finally ready to cancel the order (I really wanted these couches, thats why I held out for 6 months!)- so she said Ok, Ill put it in for a refund, but you should call your credit card company to put a claim in on the order for your own protection  When I asked her what that meant and I asked cant she just credit my card, or I could come to pick up a check she said its been so hectic here and she wants to make sure Im protected. AnneMaire said that she was going to give the refund to the billing department to process the refund and when I asked what their number was so I could follow up directly with them, she gave me this same cell phone number that I was calling already and said that that was the only number.  It has been 2 weeks and I still do not have my refund.  BEWARE!
