The Results Group Complete and total ripoff! Phoenix Arizona

I was contacted by the results group in October and they told me I would have a direct person to help me with advertising. I never in a million years thought that it was to ask for more money. Chase is my so-called advertising coach. I told him I had just resigned my job to stay home with my 8 month old baby. He said that this has been a tested program and it is very successful. He said they would guarantee 10,000 people to my website. I still cannot believe I went along and agreed to pay $2900.00 for 6 months of advertising.

About a week later i called Chase and told him I was not comfortable with my decision and wanted my money back. He said it was impossible because they already started advertising my website. I told him I'm sure you'll enroll someone else today give it to that person and give me a refund. Of course he wouldn't. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving I was really catching bad anxiety over my decision and called the customer service line.

I told the woman I did want to this I wanted my money back. I told her I was a recent stay at home mom and simply could not afford 2900 on my credit card. I started crying on the phone trying to make her understand and she transferred me to her boss Russ Harris. We were on the phone for about 40 minutes. I explained to him I just could not go through with it and mentioned all of the horrible things I read on this website about The Results Group.

He kept trying to reassure me that I was going to at least in the worst case make my money back. Then offered to refund me 1000.00. He asked me to send an email stating that we spoke and that he was going refund me 1000.00 and I would keep all of the same advertising package. I still have not received any refund. He said it would take 5 - 10 business days. So by next week the lasted I should be refunded, we'll see. Being that Thanksgiving was the next day he said I should call the following week to get my Id and password for my site. I called just about every day and never once did a person answer.

All I ever got was their answering machine. I left 2 or 3 messages each day without a call back. On Monday December 4th when I started to call again the phone just rings and rings without even a greeting. I'm so humiliated and have not told anyone of the stupid decision I made to try and make a living while staying home with my beautiful daughter. Something really needs to be done it is illegal what they're doing to people. They should all be incarcerated.
