Like many others here, I fell victim to this scam. Although I kept things to a minimum, I have been left out in te cold by this company. No return e-mails or phone calls after the promise of personal service. They even changed the affiliate on me after I signed up. I see the complaints here, but I don't see much advice on how to get a refund other than spending more money on their book. I guess I will go to the bank and see what can be done there.

I have been waiting for my money back for a month now. Every time I call some lady name Erica tells me it is on the way. If my money is not back by next week, I will let my attorney handle it. This is crazy, has anybody reported this company to the Better Business Bureau?
