as a coffee distributor for southbeach coffee, i placed one coffee display rack with 60 bags of coffee at LOS TAPATIOS MEAT MARKET,1055 s.w.wilshire,burleson tx,76028. manager's name is LUI, i have a signed retail contract stating rack & coffee is being place on consignment, and I retain ownership of everything. shortly after i place the mdse sometime in october 2011 i went by to see how sales were doing and found the place closed with a sign on the door that stated that the business was closed due to contract failure. also there was the company name who owned the space with the name of JEFF FARMER JR. & a phone number 901-685-2300. i called this number a couple of times before i got a call back from JEFF FARMER. when i told him the story, he told me to fax a copy of the agreement & he would talk with LUI, the manger of the business. i also told him my rack had a label on it with my name,address & phone number. he said he would get back with me. after 8-9 phone calls, giving him plenty of time to take care of things, i never heard back from him. i went to the meat market january 17, 2012 and the meat market had been totally stripped of everything inside,there was a big commercial dumpster outside, my merchandise was thrown away with total disregard for me or my property and no phone call. i would definitely recommend ytou think twice before doing business with this company. i am a disabled veteran just trying to make a living, all i ever wanted was what was mine.
