Im very upsett with the billing practices of such a known university,I find it hard to believe this day of age they opperate like a very poor building contractor,Im a contractor myself,if I make a mistake I would be a very poor contractor to try too bill for my stupidity,this is life and things happen,if a dentist make a mistake and has to call in someone else to fix his mistake,that's life,not my fault
