I bought an unlock/imei repair job from them and it cost $70. They told me that I had to send the phone in because they cannot do the galaxy note 3 remotely. I sent it in and since then they have not returned my phone calls or emails. It's been 2 weeks and I have not received my phone or an email or call to see where it is. Last time I contacted them they said they would send me an email with the tracking information and I'm still in the dark because I haven't received it.

I looked up the notes on your account and found that you requested a refund because you did not realize your particular phone would have to be sent in and you did not want to do that. As your own attachment shows we refunded your money and canceled your order. So I have no idea of what you are up to. But as I said we canceled your order and refunded your money per your request.
