CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report. i started working at the village resturant in sept of 2010. i was there 8 months and was fired because i made 2 to go plates the way i was trained to do by the day time leader. the supervisor did not like the way i made them and sent me home. i went in the next day and was fired. there are so many things that go on in this resturant that is illeagl.they pay cash payouts to at least three of thier empplyees. one of them is avoiding paying child support and they pay him cash plus a check.
the other gets payed cash plus a check. the supervisor vicki garland gets salrey plus tips and is on disabilty. i worked there for 8 months and never got a lunch break on a 8 to9 hour shift. sometimes id work for13 hours and was only allowed a 10 min. break. the owner robert panter makes lewd sexual comments to all the young female emplyees.i was always told who i could not talk to. one emplyee always came in drunk and they would fire him only to hire him back a week later and the owner caught him making a drug deal in the resturant and he is still employed there. voids were taken out of your check if order was wrong as well as having to pay for orders if they were wrong.overtime payed payed by cash only if you noticed it i never filled out any w2 forms at time of hire
there is so much more please contact me they lied to the dept of labor. in 14 years noone has ever recived any unemplymemt from this business. i find that to be very sussippous and unfair to the devoted people like me who never called in and worked over if asked.i strongly feel that they need to be investageted. they are getting away with things there that are against the labor laws and people like me a single mother suffer for it. please contact me at (((phone number redacted))). thank you for listining and god bless. i have so much more to report
