TheDigitalPros.com has to be the worst or the only ripoff vendor I had ever shopped with.  I wouldn't even waste my time on here writing a report on them, but they just pissed me off. 

I bought 2 Canon cameras and some accessories .  The items came in generic white boxes.  First thought came to mind when I first saw it, was must be fake cameras from China...and still could be.  You would think paying hundreds of dollars for something, it would come in a nice, pretty box.  The cameras looked good and I was planing on keeping them but it turned out the cameras don't have a feature that I was looking for.  That feature was that you are able to write on the camera screen.  So I ended up returning them.  The vendor charged me a 15% restocking fee and $20 shipping charges for shipping the cameras to me - plus I had to pay my own return shipping.  If you don't call that a ripoff I don't know what it is. 

A month later I called them up to check the status of the refund.  I called twice and twice their customer service representative told me that I have been refunded and gave me a transaction ID number and told me to check with my bank, and I did.  My bank never received any refunds.  So I put in a dispute case with my bank trying to get the refund.  It's been about a week now.  Not sure when this will be resolved and hopefully get my refund. 

Stay away from this vendor.  TheDigitalPros.com has trouble writen all over it.  Their customer service also sucks.  Again, stay away from this vendor.
