I placed an order on July 9th for a NEW Canon G12 for $499.99 with free shipping. I received an email the next day asking me to call and confirm the order. I did. The sales guy, Tom (thief #1) proceeded to try and sell me items that come with the camera. At the end of the conversation he says, "...alright and we will just add on 9% for handling and insurance". I said no and to just cancel the order. He said that he will then charge me a 10% cancellation fee, even though he never even charged my credit card yet. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I then asked to speak to the supervisor (theif #2). After hearing all the nonsense he came up with about this, he agreed to waive this charge and only charge the original $499.99. I received the camera today. The serial number has been taken off. The sticker on the box with the serial number has also been removed. This camera looks like it was dragged on the floor is so badly scratched up. Do they really think people will think this is new??

I called and spoke to theif #2 again about this issue. He said he would send me another one, but upon doing some of my own research, I don't want to have anything to do with them. (Google thedigitalpros.com a.k.a All S Electronics a.k.a palacecamera.com a.k.a projectorsandelectronics.com ...basically whenever too many people figure them out they change their name.) I said I wanted a refund. Apparantly, in order for me to get a refund, I would have to sign a paper saying I agree to a 15% restocking fee and I agree not to dispute it with my credit card company. It is absolutely ridiculous to think I am going to let them keep $75 of my money because they are crooks!

Avoid this place at all costs!!!! They will steal from you!
