TheDigitalPros.com On Line Ordering Fraud Emailed To Call Them Raised My Invoice $200 Lied About Product Not Having A Battery Miramar Beach Florida

Ordered a Camera at TheDigitalPros.com website $350, everything seemed like it went through. Got an email everyday for 5 days from the company asking for me to call them to confirm my order. When I called was told my credit card did not go through, I read him the card number, he said I had enetered the security code wrong. He then said the camera did not come with a battery, said they stopped sending them with batteries and he sold me one with a charger for $69.00 said it was a longer life battery. Then he said I should have a fast speed card also, I agreed to buy that for $20.

The next day I looked at my bank account and I was charged $550.00. I right away emailed back from one of his emails asking for a detailed statement of the charges. I did not get a reply. I have tried to call and everyday at any time I get a recording saying call back during business hours. I have not received the product and it has been weeks. I have also emailed several more times trying to reach someone.

I've called my bank and disputed the charges and the fraud, they are handling it. I also saw at ripoffreport.com another persons story almost identical to mine about this same company, which is what lead me to this site.

The fradulent companies website is TheDigitalPros.Com and their email is also coming to me only showing that name. Their phone number is 888-334-9215
