These guys are slimy!  under no circumstances order anything from them!!!!

I ordered a black, water proof Nikon AW100 from them - they also offered orange and blue cameras of the same model.  They e-mailed asking me to confirm the order, and when I called they asked why I didn't order a battery.  They claim none of the cameras come with batteries.  I told them to add one for $20.00, to which they also added a charger for another $20, without my knowledge.  The price charged to my account was 25% higher than I expected.  I decided to wait and see what they sent before complaining.  (The invoice is not itemized - I had to get all of this information after the fact.)

They shipped an orange camera, and no where on the purchasing section of the site is it mentioned that different colors may be switched.  If you review store policy, under Order Processing Time, it states that they "we do not under any circumstances specify colors of the items being purchased."

The box it was delivered in had a home-made Nikon label, with previously used parts tossed in.  It appears to be re-furbished, which is also not on the website anywhere.  

I called to return the camera and they claim that they can send out any color they want to.  I accused them of bait and switch, they said I don't know what that means.  They will accept my return, but will charge me a restocking fee on the entire amount. Their approach is to talk louder, faster and over the top of you so you give up.

I will pursue reversing the entire charge with my bank to avoid the re-stocking fee and am sending back the entire slimy package.
