It happened! I've been screwed by "thedvdplanet.org" and I'm ot going to take it lightly. After canceling my first order I re-ordered a 2nd DVD set and d**n if they didn't charge my account for BOTH orders! Not only that but the 2nd order was sent to some where in Wisconsin, USA and NOT North Carolina where live and where it was SUPPOSED to be delivered to! First of all I thought since the holidays were alive and busy I might should get the intial credit the following next business day.

NO! Not a penny of the $229 has been credited back to my bank card. Then after spending half a day at the mail box at work waiting for the 2nd order on Christmas Eve day and it NOT showing up I get home to get a tracking notice from USPS saying the pacakge had been RETURNED to sender due to a bogus address in (I think) Wisconsin!!! That's more than $400 they owe me!!!! I say "they" lightly as I actually doubt the place even is a true business! I have contacts in Canada so if anyone else cares to get on board, email or call me and lets get busy!
