This company's products are crap!!!! I wish they would have lost my order and refunded my money. The quality of the dvds ars sooo bad you can't watch it. I ordered the Carol Burnett Show for a Christmas present and I am so embarrassed that I gave these to someone. They look like someone video taped them with a camcorder while watching them on their TV. They are nothing more than very bad copies. They are fake!! I have sent an email asking for a refund and I have not received a response yet. Today, when I went to their web site it says they are no longer taking orders. Hopefully enough people have complained to get them shut down. If I don't hear back from them soon I will ask my bank to do a charge back and report them as fraud.

to get your money back. Explain to your credit card company that the product you received is ILLEGAL in Canada and the US and that you had no prior knowledge that these were pirated DVDs that you had ordered.
Also, it appears that the RCMP has busted their supplier. THEDVDPLANET.ORG has a notice up that they aren't taking any new orders because their supplier is "out of business." Go figure.
Good luck.
