Placed an order 2/27/2010. Paid with Paypal. The transaction went as usual, but I have not received the order yet. I've tried to call (even called 411 - there was no listing for the name), tried to fax - number not in service. Tried to email - bounced back. Tried to use their online contact form - have heard nothing.
IMHO, this is a bad way to run a business. I'm out over $100!!!
