therapure i order my therapureair on Nov.22,2009 and i pay $103.21 and i call serveral times waiting for my order and its been two months i and i call again and told them i what to cancel my order and to refund Internet

I order the Therapureair on Nov.22,2009 for my son allergies, i had call several times about my order they told me its was coming i waited for my order and it never came. I call again and again they told me to wait its coming i spoke to justin, andy, joseph, plus the supervisior they all told me the same thing. I pay 103.21, it was pull out from my account. i call back again i told them to cancel my order to refund my money back to my account. Its been 2months and 1 week still they havent refund my money back to my account. They all have brush me off telling me to wait, my money will be put back into my account.Its Dec.4, 2010 and i  havent got any response from them nor my money.
