Patrick,
We did not pay you because you did not complete the work! Had you complied and gave us the CAD drawings as requested, you would have been paid. We do not pay for incomplete work! We had to pay our regular shop drawing company to start from scratch because you would not forward working files. That's not our fault, that is your bad temper's fault. You blew this way out of proportion. Had you been easier to deal with you would have been paid long ago.
Although it seemed his work was fast and good,watch out for this guy. He is a hot head and extremely unreasonable. He seems to have a huge chip on his shoulder!
