I booked a trip to gt yarmouth, as the fare was to cost me close to 80.00 I went to the internet & got a ticket for 17.00. I was over joyed, I bought the ticket on-line & all was ok! then I find that thetrainline.co.uk has a connection with a coupon firm. this was the first time I have used the internet for this type of thing & was not intrested in coupons. I found that a coupon company has taken out about 80.00 from my account without me asking they say I clicked on their add but I never did, I have been in-touch with both, thetrainline says they are providing an extra service & the coupon company says thet will give me some but not all of my money back. I visited the coupon site & I find I am not alone. the company: the complete savings customer service .co.uk
Free phone 0800 389 6960 is the coupon firm.

My ticket, if bought at the rail station was around 78.00 & now the ticket has cost me close to 100.00. I only got to know months later when I got paperwork from my card company.
I visited their sit as I said, there are many complaint about this company & none I saw were linked to "thetrainline.co.uk" they all have the same storey as I have had.
As for giving them permission to use my card details, I can say I did not & they could have only got it from "thetrainline.co.uk." I was under the belief that this is not allowed, I have limited knowledge on buying on line but I do know I never asked for this & have no use for this type of site.
Below I have pasted a part of their reply: I would like to finish this by saying that, Complete Savings has never e-mailed me as they say they do & only did when I complained to them. They did offer me 20.00 but I want it all back.
