This business sells refurbished electronics as new and will not hesitate to lie, cheat and take your money. The best you will end up with is an inferior product.
I only hope anyone considering a TV or electronics purchase sees this post or you will likely be dealing with the grief I have dealt with for nearly a year now. I was screwed out of $345 but have seen other complaints online from other customers who have lost much more than I did.
I’ve filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the New York Attorney General and the New York Department of Consumer Affairs – all to no avail, so I’m posting this to hopefully keep this from happening to anybody else.
I also hope anyone who has already made a purchase from one of these businesses confirm my claim with the TV manufacturer. Whether it’s Sharp or Samsung or whoever it is, call them, provide the serial number and they will confirm what I’m stating here.
These businesses are dishonest!
