thinkcredit.com billed me twice and did not recieve credit scores Internet

I was curious about my credit scores. Thinkcredit.com popped up as i was online doing job searcing, so i entered my personal and bank information and it said that i would be charged one dollar. After that i looked in the bottom corner and seen that i would be charged thirty dollars if i did not cancel the membership in thirty days, so i tried to cancel but i guess it was too late, so payment went through and i was sent confirmation e-mail. I tried to check my credit scores but it said that i was not a member and prompted me to enter all of my information again. On another day i tried logging in again and it said that i was still not a member and prompted me to enter all of my information again so i did and it charged my card a second time for the one dollar trail fee, so i created a account and i am still not able to log in and check my scores and they are still prompting me yet another time to wnter my information again. its saturday so i can not get anyone on the phone.
