Please do some research on this company before you buy anything from their site.  I did not do enough research until after I purchased their product.  I was pulled into there site based on their statement of carrying authentic r/c helicopters.  I received my product and it failed out of the box.  I called customer support and they gave me the typical follow the FAQs on their site and if that doesn't solve the problem that I should send them an inquiry by using the 'contact us' link on their site.

I have sent multiple responses with no feedback at all.  I have read their policy and it states that returns must happen within 15 days of the ORDER and pay 15% restocking fee.  I was just looking for a replacement since it was broken out of the box and with no feedback from them who knows what will happen next.  When I spoke to customer service they stated my inquiry needs to be reviewed before they take any action. 

The product is broke, stand by your product.  Simple e-mail back to me would have avoided me taking action but I have received ZERO feedback.  Very poor customer service.  Please check the BBB site for research on this company. Multiple businesses are being operated by this company.  Seem to sell gambling equipment as well, makes sense since their customer service is a gamble as well.
