Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I purchased a remote control from ThinkRC. It NEVER flew and a knob was missing from the controller. After repeated contacts, a representative responded via email and offered to return my money or provide a replacement. When I opted for a refund they never responded. I'm out $30 and stuck with junk. My 8 year-old worked hours weeding the garden in order to earn the $$ to purchase this plane that never flew. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

7/6/16 Yay! Think RC sent me an email today. Before filling this report I had recieved NO response since James at Think RC stated he would refund my $$ or send me a replacement on June 24, 2016. His email stated "it is not necessary to return the model." When I opted for the refund I recieved NO response until after I filed this complaint. (Thank you Ripoffreport.com!!!). Only now Think RC is demanding that I return the product for their "inspection" to determine if "user error" is to blame. The plane never flew. Only one of the propellers moved for a second and the controller arrived with a missing knob, yet somehow, I'm supposed to prove I didn't break it. I beg you. If you are thinking about buying from them—please don't. It's such a scam. But yes. I'm sending the plane back so they can inspect all they want. I'm telling the truth. The product is defective. I suspect they want their plane back so they can sell it to YOU. Buyer Beware!
