Thomas Gallman Is a scam artist, for nearly 2 years he had promised investors to finish development on a traffic platform that buys and sells traffic on the internet. He also promised to help investors find clients to sell traffic too. I had paid Thomas about $3000 and about 160 other people also paid him thousands. The only thing Thomas did was play on people’s hopes and dreams and wave carrots in front of their faces, while making excuses the whole time.

He has a long history of scamming people, a simple google search on his name and you will find in his past he has been a major email spammer and is listed on spamhaus under the business name telysis.net.  He operates under many business names such as TITAS™ Ad Exchange, ICFX - Internet Commodities And Futures Exchange.

That being stated, a review of the complaint states:

* The complainant states that they paid us over $2,000.00 approximately 2 yeara ago for a "complete business"

* The complainant states that they spent "countless hours testing his system. A total waste of time. None of his promises were met".

* The complainant states that after contacting us and asking us to deliver the business purchased, that our response was that the platform we were trying to develop did not work as expected, and that we modified our postion and stated that we did not need to meet our obligations.

* The complainant further states that we offered them our system, which complainant refused.

* The complainant states that they were given a link through their Skype messenger: " September 2013 he sent a Skype message : LINK  Let me know if you have any questions. That was it. No explanation, nothing. He claims this was a link to the system, and I was supposed to sign on it, and again, oh so many excuses. I do not go on Skype. He does have my email addresses, and previously has contacted me by email on several occasions.

So complainant's side of ths issue is clearly laid out, and we will respond to those issues raised in this complaint.

The truth of the matter is that our company suffered from the kind of issues that face untold numbers of Startup Businesses with new ideas and innovative concepts ...every single day. 

Our business model relies on partnerships with other technology companies, in the fastest growing and most profitable segment of Digital Advertising ...Real-Time Bidding and Audience Retargeting. These strategies have transformed some companies that advertise, and has yielded them returns on advertising investment of well over 1200% in some cases.

in our early stages and unbeknownst to us at the time, we partnered with a technology company that appeared to be the ideal marriage of two technologies.

We had extremely high hopes that this marriage would solidify our vision of providing services to small businesses that could not otherwise get those services for less than required monthly minimum ad spends of $10,000.00+ that other competing firms were demanding.

We feel that the busiesses that need these services the most, are the very ones that cannot afford to drop $10,000.00+ a month to get it.

Well, as with all marriages, you don't know everything until you're together intimately for a while :-)

After an nvestment of time and thousands of dollars in software design and testing, we had to face the simple truth...

Our business model's foundation was built on sand ...our technology partner's glowing assurances at that time was no more than sales hype ..they simply did not have the capabilities to deliver the technology that they claimed.

Our company was faced with a decision at that point.  Do we lie to our clients and act as though everything is ok ... do we tuck our tails between our legs, close up shop and run away...or do we admit the truth, pick ourselves up, brush ourselves off, and go forward?

We chose to tell our clients the latter. Doing so was very painful, embarrassing and would open us up to hate, bullying, racism, hacking, cyber-attacks, ridicule and the like ...in our minds, there was simply no other choice but to come clean and explain things as they were.

To tell you that starting over from scratch was easy, writing thousands and thousands of lines of programming code was a breeze, etc., would be false. It was brutal :-)

But through persistence, our misfortune turned out being one of the best things that could have ever happened to our business. .... but then refuse to click on a link to get it  ...then there is a hidden agenda that's clearly not mentioned here. 

In today's Internet, sales copy has gotten so good, it lulls us into "Instant Gratification", "Push-Button Wealth", "Sit Around, Do Nothing And Get Rich" mode.

The least amount of wind or rain causes displeasure. The first failed attempt at success means that you should run away and give up. This is NOT what we're made of and it should go against the very last drop of entrepreneurial blood in our bodies.

Will our platform always be error-free? Of course not. If we are to keep up with technology, we'll be the first to explore anything that will offer more value to our clients .. the advertisers ...the end-users. But what breaks, we fix and we continue onwards.

Will we fail again? Probably... but life is about getting up when we fall ..not continue laying down in the dirt.

Do we apologize to this Complainant? Yes and we have done so many times, but there are issues you simply cannot fix ...and this is one of them. It is simply a case of "I should have held on a little bit longer, and when I changed my mind and saw it was real, it was almost a year too late".
