Thomas Kalcas Kalcas & Associates, K&A Pest Control, KA Associates Judge renders verdict against Thomas Kalcas in 2010 and he still has yet to pay me. Cumberland Rhode Island

On Dec. 16 2010, I took Thomas Kalcas to small claims court at the State of Rhode Island District Court. After hearing both my and Mr. Kalcas' sides of the story, the judge ready directly from "The Rhode Island Landlord- Tenant Handbook" and explained to Mr. Kalcas that he has no right to my money. She then said the case was in my favor and that Mr. Kalcas needed to gather my contact information to pay me the $810.98 that he legally owed me. It is now, Nov. 2014 and I have not receieved any form of payment from Mr. Kalcas. I would like the money owed to me.
